first make your basics of english strong such as tense and formation of sentence then start speaking people, watching Hollywood movies in english .I mean do everything in english only read english news paper. The main thing is to speak whatever you learn and keep on learning more and more sentences phrases and how much you could learn.Keep patience .The things will fix in your mind slowly but once fixed you would become fluent.
