इस Adverb से पता चलता है कि काम कहाँ (किस जगह) हुआ या होना है।
They answer the question "where?" जैसे -
Come here.
Go there.
यहाँ "here" और "there" का उपयोग come तथा go के साथ किया गया है
और ये इस बात की जानकारी देता है कि कहाँ आना या जाना है।
The lady went inside her house.
औरत घर के अंदर गयी। (Where did the lady go? - inside)
They looked everywhere.
उन्होंने सब जगह देखा। (Where did they look? - everywhere)
Two cars were parked outside.
दो कारण बाहर खड़ी थी। (Where were two cars parked? - outside)
