Martinet - a person who demands complete obedience; a strict disciplinarian. (कठोर अनुशासक)
Sycophant - someone who praises powerful or rich people in a way that is not sincere, usually in order to get some advantage from them (चापलूस)
Dilettante - a person who is or seems to be interested in a subject, but whose understanding of it is not very deep or serious (शौक़ीन/ कलाप्रेमी)
Virtuoso - a person who is extremely skilful at something, especially playing a musical instrument (किसी कला में (विशेषतः वाद्य यंत्र संगीत कला में) अति दक्ष)
Diaphanous - substance, especially cloth, is so delicate and thin that you can see through it (आर-पार दिखलानेवाला/ पारदर्शी)
Tyro - a beginner or novice (आरंभ करनेवाला/ नौसिखिया)

Small:

We use small when we talk about the SIZE of the object. (structure) For example:
This house is small.
This is a small mouse.

Short:

We use short when we talk about the HEIGHT of the object. (height/ time) For example:
I have short hair.
This video is a short video.
