TIME PERIOD
• It was a significant time period for all of us.
• It was a significant time for all of us. (वो हम सभी के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण समय था।)

ATM MACHINE
• Is there an ATM machine nearby?
• Is there an ATM nearby? (क्या यहां पास में कोई ATM है?)

English language के context में Redundancy का अर्थ है दो या दो से अधिक ऐसे शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करना जिनके अर्थ एक जैसे हों।
English बोलते समय redundancy यानि एक ही बात को समझाने के लिए ज़रुरत से ज़्यादा शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करना एक तरह से आपकी weak speaking skills का परिचय देता है।

(मैं उसकी व्यवसाय योजनाओं को लेकर संदेह में हूं।)

PAST EXPERIENCE
I have learned a lot from my past experiences.

(मैंने अपने अनुभवों से बहुत कुछ सीखा है।)

जब full form में number शब्द मौजूद है तो abbreviation - PIN के साथ number कहना redundant यानि अनावश्यक है और गलत भी।

SINGLE UNIT - Single का अर्थ है 'एक' और Unit का अर्थ होता है 'इकाई' - hence, both are synonyms, यानि दोनों ही शब्दों का मतलब almost same है इसलिए इनका एक साथ use करना redundancy कहलाएगा।

TINY BIT - ये दोनों शब्द भी synonyms हैं।

FALSE PRETENCE - False pretence का मतलब है ‘झूठा दिखावा’
As we know, दिखावा हमेशा झूठा ही होता है इसलिए यहाँ false का use करना ज़रूरी नहीं है।

REPAY BACK-  हमें या तो ‘pay back’  या फिर केवल ‘repay’ का प्रयोग करना चाहिए; repay back is redundant.

जानवरों के नाम अक्सर gender-based नहीं होते हैं। लेकिन कुछ animals, खासकर domestic यानी पालतू पशुओं के नाम masculine और feminine gender के according लिए जाते हैं।
