Noun के गुण या प्रकार को प्रकट करने वाले शब्द को adjective of quality या गुणवाचक विशेषण कहते हैं। जैसे =
New Delhi is a polluted city. (New Delhi किस प्रकार का शहर है - polluted)
He is an honest man. (वह कैसा आदमी हैं? - honest)
Adjective of quality "of what kind (किस प्रकार की)" या "कैसा" प्रश्न के उत्तर में आता है।

कुछ subjects - as well as , along with, together with, with, in addition to, like, unlike, but, except, besides etc जैसे शब्दों से जुड़े होता है। ऐसे वाक्यों के verbs इन शब्दों से पहले प्रयुक्त होने वाले subject के अनुसार Singular या plural होते है जैसे - 

Ram, as well as his parents, is coming.
The captain along with the sailors was drowned.
The politician along with the journalist is expected tomorrow.
Excitement, as well as nervousness, is the cause of her stutter.Mr. Ram, accompanied by his wife Sita and his brother, was banished to the forest.

अगर दो subjects (कर्ताओं) को and से जोड़ा जाये तो plural verb का प्रयोग होगा जैसे - 

1. Tara and Vihaan are coming. (तारा और विहान आ रहे हैं।)
2. Sugar and flour are found at the grocery store. (किराने की दुकान पर चीनी और आटा मिलता है।)
3. Lemon and honey taken in water are said to be good for the skin. (पानी में लिया गया नींबू और शहद त्वचा के लिए अच्छा माना जाता है।)
4. Dogs and cats are supposed to be enemies. (कुत्तों और बिल्लियों को दुश्मन माना जाता है।)
5. Forks and knives are kept in the drawer. (दराज में चाकू और चाकू रखे जाते हैं।)
6. Water and ice are two different forms of water. (पानी और बर्फ पानी के दो अलग-अलग रूप हैं।)
7. The managers and the trainers are attending a three-day meeting this week. (प्रबंधक और प्रशिक्षक इस सप्ताह तीन दिवसीय बैठक में भाग ले रहे हैं।)
8. Ram and Shyam are friends. (राम और श्याम मित्र हैं।)
9. The sales projections and the cost estimate do not have to be revised. (बिक्री के अनुमानों और लागत के अनुमानों को संशोधित करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।)
10. Ms Sharma and Mr Gupta have received awards. (सुश्री शर्मा और श्री गुप्ता को पुरस्कार मिला है।)

*प्रत्येक वाक्य में bold और underlined शब्द verb है। 

Simple Future Tense का प्रयोग किस परिस्थिति में कर सकते हैं,
इसे जानने से पहले जानते है कि Simple Future Tense की वाक्य संरचना यानी यह किस तरह बनाया जाता है।
Simple Future Tense को बताने के दो तरीके हैं -

1) will + verb जैसे - 
You will help him later. (आप बाद में उसकी मदद करेंगे।)
Will you help him later? (क्या आप बाद में उसकी मदद करेंगे?)
You will not help him later. (आप बाद में उसकी मदद नहीं करेंगे।)

2) Be Going To ---> am/is/are + going to + verb जैसे -
You are going to meet him tonight. (आप आज रात उनसे मिलने जा रहे हैं।)
Are you going to meet him tonight? (क्या आज रात आप उससे मिलने जा रहे हैं?)
You are not going to meet him tonight. (आप आज रात उनसे मिलने नहीं जा रहे हैं।)
