SANGUINE (सैंग्विन) - किसी बुरी या मुश्किल स्थिति में भी शांत रहने और अच्छे के होने की उम्मीद करने वाला व्यक्ति।  
• I'm sure he'll get through this tough time as I know he is a sanguine person.
(मुझे यकीन है कि वह इस कठिन समय के बाहर निकल आएगा क्योंकि मुझे पता है कि वह अत्यंत आषावादी व्यक्ति है।)

BULLISH (बुलिश) - आक्रामक तरीके से आत्मविश्वासी व्यक्ति जो एक अत्यंत विश्वास पूर्वक तरीके से अपनी राय आगे रखता है। 
• She is very bullish about the firm's future.
(वह फर्म के भविष्य को लेकर अत्यंत विश्वासपूर्ण है।)

CHEERY (चीयरी) - हर स्थिति में खुशदिल व आशापूर्ण
• I have never seen anyone as cheery as her.
(मैंने उससे ज़्यादा खुशदिल इंसान आज तक नहीं देखा।)

BUOYANT (बोयंट) - प्रसन्नचित्त
• After reading the letter, he was in a buoyant mood.
(पत्र पढ़ने के बाद वह एक प्रसन्नचित मूड/ मिज़ाज में था।)

Joy → A bundle of joy (खुशी की पोटली)
Beads → A string of beads (मोती की एक लड़ी/ शृंखला) 
Keys → A bunch of keys (चाबियों का गुच्छा)
Bells → A peal of bells (घंटियों की खनखनाहट)
Letters → A packet of letters (पत्रों का एक पैकेट)
Books → A library/set of books (किताबों का एक पुस्तकालय/ सेट)
Bottles → A crate of bottles (बोतलों का एक टोकरा/ क्रेट) 
Cars → A fleet of cars (कारों का बेड़ा)

→ Names of families के साथ जैसे -
The Khans, The Tatas

→ “Whole” शब्द के पहले और “All” शब्द के बाद 'the' article का use किया जाता है जैसे -
All the girls are here.
I want to see the whole world.

→ Religious community और political parties के नामों से पहले जैसे- 
The Hindus, The Muslims, The BJP

→ हवाई जहाजों, समुद्री जहाजों और रेलगाडियों के नाम से पहले जैसे-
The Asharam Express, The Vikrant

→ Newspapers के नाम से पहले “The” का प्रयोग होता है जैसे- 
The Hindustan Times, The Statesman

→ Famous buildings, museums and monuments के साथ जैसे -
The Taj Mahal, The Qutub Minar, The Eiffel tower

→ Superlative degrees of an adjective के साथ जैसे -
The highest, The most, The best, The prettiest

→ Ordinal number के साथ जैसे - 
The last chapter, The first time, For the second time

→ ऐसे देश के नाम के साथ जिनमे kingdom, states or republic नाम आता हो जैसे -
The United States, The United Kingdom, The Republic of India

→ पर्वत श्रेणी (range of mountains) के नामों के पहले “The” का प्रयोग होता है
The Himalayas, The Alps

→ Group of islands के नामों के पहले “The” का प्रयोग होता है, जैसे- The West Indies, The Andaman, The East Indies

→ River, ocean, desert, forest इत्यादि के नामों के पहले “The” का प्रयोग होता है
जैसे- The Ganges, The Indian Ocean, The Bay of Bengal, The Sahara desert

→ Famous books के नाम के पहले “The”का प्रयोग होता है
जैसे- The Gita, The Bible

→ Unique people/object के नाम से पहले “The” का प्रयोग होता है
जैसे- The earth, The east, The air, The equator
(लेकिन Heaven, Hell, God तथा Parliament आदि शब्दों के साथ “The” का प्रयोग नहीं होता है)
