Meaning: किसी को परेशान कर उन्हें बेहद गुस्सा दिलाने का कारण बन जाना
• Her arrogance really gets/puts my back up. (उसके अहंकार से मुझे बेहद चिड़चिड़ाहट होती है।)

GET TO SOMEONE
Meaning: लगातार हो रही annoyance के कारण झुंझलाहट हो जाना
• Lately, she’s been criticizing me a lot and it’s starting to get to me.(पिछले कुछ वक़्त से वह मेरी बहुत आलोचना कर रही है और अब मुझे इस बात से झुंझलाहट होने लगी है।)

DRIVE UP THE WALL
Meaning: इस हद तक किसी को तंग कर देना कि वह बेहद गुस्से में आ जाए
• Her incessant interference in my work drives me up the wall. (उसका लगातार मेरे काम में हस्तक्षेप करना मझे बहुत ही तंग कर देता है।)

DRIVE SOMEONE NUTS/CRAZY
Meaning: किसी को इतना सताना या चिढ़ाना कि वह पागल हो जाए
• This noise is driving me crazy/nuts. (यह शोर मुझे पागल कर रहा है।)

Meaning: किसी को अपनी annoying habits से frustrate कर देना

Meaning: किसी को इस हद तक परेशान का देना की उसे आपसे चिड़ हो जाए

Meaning: किसी के साथ गलत तरीके से पेशआना जिससे वह खीज जाए
• Her blunt way of speaking always rub people the wrong way. (उसका मुंहफट अंदाज अक्सर लोगों को खिजा देता है।)
