Myself एक reflexive pronoun हैं जिससे कभी भी sentence start नहीं होता।
सही sentence होगा -
Hello, I am Neha. या
Hello, My name is Neha.
इसी तरह जब हम किसी का नाम पूछते हैं तो हम उनसे पूछते हैं -
