Final (अंत) : coming at the end of a series. Final किसी टूर्नामेंट के आखिरी खेल (जो समग्र विजेता तय करता है) और परीक्षाओं (जो प्रतिवर्ष आयोजित होती है) के सन्दर्भ में प्रयोग किया जाता है। Final (an English word) किसी एक मैच, खेल या संगीत कार्यक्रम के अंतिम दौर को दर्शाता है। Final का प्रयोग NOUN और ADJECTIVE दोनों तरह से किया जा सकता है जैसे - World Cup Final (used as a noun) or the final solution (used as an adjective)
Finale (समापन) : The last part of a piece of music, an entertainment, or a public event, especially when particularly dramatic or exciting. Finale (an Italian word) किसी कार्यक्रम के समापन हिस्से को दर्शाता है। Finale किसी भी reality show का अंतिम दौर होता है जो उस शो के विजेता का फैसला करता है या फिर यह दर्शाता है कि वह प्रदर्शन (भव्य प्रदर्शन) तेजी से समापन की ओर बढ़ रहा है। इसका प्रयोग सिर्फ NOUN के रूप में ही हो सकता है जैसे - the show’s finale, the grand finale
हालांकि Final और Finale के अर्थ लगभग समान है पर इन दोनों शब्दों के उपयोग अलग अलग है।हम दोनों शब्दों को interchange नहीं कर सकते। जैसे -
Ashwin bowled the final over of the match. (अश्विन ने मैच के अंतिम ओवर में गेंदबाजी की।)
(Wrong - Ashwin bowled the finale over of the match.)
Everyone enjoyed the grand finale of Big Boss Season 11. (सभी ने बिग बॉस सीजन 11 के भव्य समापन समारोह का आनंद लिया।)
(Wrong - Everyone enjoyed the grand final of Big Boss Season 11.)
