cry for the moon - अप्राप्य की आकांक्षा रखना (ask for what is unattainable or impossible)She was crying for the moon by asking for the snow fall in Delhi. (वह दिल्ली में हिमपात की अप्राप्य आकांक्षा के लिए रो रही थी।)
cry foul - दृढ़ता से सही या काल्पनित गलत और अन्याय का विरोध करना (protest strongly about a real or imagined wrong or injustice)
There's no reason for these people to be crying foul in front of parliament. (इन लोगों का संसद के सामने बेईमानी से रोने का कोई कारण नहीं है।)
cry from the heart - एक भावुक और ईमानदार अपील या विरोध/ दिल से रोना (a passionate and honest appeal or protest)
I read that letter as a kind of cry from the heart. (मैंने उस पात्र को एक भावुक अपील की तरह पढ़ा।)
cry over spilt milk - व्यर्थ पछताना (lament on a misfortune that has happened and cannot be changed)
Please calm down, you're just crying over spilt milk. (कृपया शांत हो जाइए, आप व्यर्थ पछता रहे हैं।)
cry stinking fish - अपने ही प्रयासों या उत्पादों की उपेक्षा करना (disparage your own efforts or products)
If a vendor were to cry stinking fish, he could not expect to attract many.

Forty या Fourty - जब हम चार को अंग्रेज़ी में "Four" लिखते हैं लेकिन चालिस की spelling "Forty" होती है। Its (possessive adjective) या It's - The problem with this habitual misspelling is that both its and it’s are English spellings. It’s - “It is" का contraction form है। जबकि its एक possessive adjective है। दोनों ही सही है परन्तु इनका प्रयॊग एक दूसरे के स्थान पर नहीं हो सकता।
Separate या Seperate - सही spelling है - separate. इसमें दो a और दो e होते हैं। but we spell it sep-a-rate. Look for “a rat” in sep.a.rat.e.
Tragedy या Tradgedy - Tragedy में 'g' का उच्चारण softly (धीरे से) किया जाता है। और 'dy' पर अधिक जोर दिया जाता है। परन्तु extra 'd' लगाना गलत है।
Truly या Truely - True एक adjective है जबकि इसका adverb form 'truly' होगा। Adverb बनाते समय 'e' को हटाया जाता है।
Argument या Arguement - Argument शब्द argue (verb) का noun form है। Argue को देख कर कई बार हम arguement लिखते हैं जो कि गलत है। Noun बनाते समय argue का 'e' हटा दिया जाता है। Calendar या Calender - दोनों ही spellings सही है पर इनका प्रयॊग अलग अलग जगह पर होता है। Calendar मतलब तिथिपत्र/ तालिका या सूचि (register on which you schedule your appointments) वही Calender एक मशीन है जो पेपर या कपड़ों के उत्पादन के लिए प्रयोग होता है ( It is a specialized term spelled calender that refers to paper production) पर अक्सर हम इनकी spellings में गलती करते हैं।
Cemetery या Cemetary - Cemetery का अर्थ है - कब्रिस्तान। हमेशा याद रखें कि Cemetery में तीन e होते हैं। सही spelling है - Cemetery
Definite या Definate - निःसन्देह Definite ही सही है। Definite ने कही पर भी a का प्रयॊग नहीं होता चाहे बोलने में a (ए) की ध्वनि सुनाई देती हो।
Finally या Finaly - Final एक adjective है। इसका adverb form "Finally" है जिसमें "ll" आता है। इसलिए सही spelling है - Finally
