GET OUT OF HAND: to become difficult to control (नियंत्रित करना मुश्किल होना)
• It was the end of term and the children were getting a little out of hand. (यह सत्र का अंत था और बच्चों को थोड़ा नियंत्रित करना मुश्किल था।)

CRY WOLF: to call for help when you don’t need it (अकारण शोर मचाना)
• Pay no attention; she's just crying wolf again. (ध्यान मत दो। वह सिर्फ अकारण ही शोर कर रही है।)

LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED: to do everything to achieve goal (हर संभव प्रयास करना)

POUND THE PAVEMENT: to walk the streets looking for a job (नौकरी की तलाश में सड़कों पर घूमना)
