SOMETIME का use करना सीखें


Word Sometime का use दो तरह से किया जाता है:

AS AN ADVERB (क्रिया विशेषण)
Adverb यानि क्रिया विश्षण के रूप में 'sometime' का use भविष्य के किसी ऐसे वक़्त के बारे में बात करने के लिए किया जाता है जिसके होने या न होने का हमे पता न हो लेकिन होने की आशा हो।

• Hope I will see you again sometime. (आशा है मैं कभी आपसे दोबारा मिलूंगा/मिलूंगी।)
• We should go out for a movie sometime. (हमें कभी फिल्म देखने के लिए बाहर जाना चाहिए।)

AS AN ADJECTIVE (विशेषण)
Adjetive के तौर पर का तन किया जाता है जब आप किसी व्यक्ति की कोई आदत या ऐसी किसी बात का उल्लेख कर रहे हैं जो कभी-कभी होती है लेकिन हमेशा नहीं। 

• He was just a sometime editor of this newspaper. (वह इस समाचार पत्र के कुछ समय के संपादक थे।)
• She used to be a sometime painter. (वह किसी समय में चित्रकार हुआ करती थी।)

EACH AND EVERY

  • Each and every student has to come tomorrow.
  • Each/ Every student has to come tomorrow. (प्रत्येक/ हर एक छात्र को कल आना है।)

GET OVER WITH

  • It’s been three years since that happened, get over with it now.
  • It’s been three years since that happened, get over it now. (उस बात को हुए तीन साल हो चुके हैं, अब इसे खत्म करो।)

TIME PERIOD

  • It was a significant time period for all of us.
  • It was a significant time for all of us. (वह हम सभी के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण समय था।)

ATM MACHINE

  • Is there an ATM machine nearby?
  • Is there an ATM nearby? (क्या यहां पास में कोई ATM है?)

ABSOLUTELY SURE/ CERTAIN
Q. Are you absolutely sure/ certain about this thing?
Q. Are you sure/ certain about this thing? (क्या आपको इस बात पर यकीन है?)
A. I am absolutely sure/ certain.
A. I am sure/ certain. (मुझे यकीन है।)

ACTUAL FACT
• This book contains many actual scientific facts.
• This book contains many scientific facts. (इस पुस्तक मे बहुत से वैज्ञानिक तथ्य हैं।)

ASK A QUESTION
• He asked me questions about my career.
• He asked me about my career. (उसने मुझे मेरे करियर के बारे में पूछा।)

MIX TOGETHER
• I have mixed these two ingredients together.
• I have mixed these two ingredients. (मैंने इन दो सामग्रियों को मिला लिया है।)

TWO EQUAL HALVES

  • Cut this cake into two equal halves.
  • Cut this cake into two equal pieces. (इस केक को दो बराबर टुकड़ों में काट दो।)
